The HGTV Detroit home rehab show that does not feature Nicole Curtis but rather two white guys doing/selling reasonably priced flips is coming back for a second season next summer.

Bargain Block follows home renovators and romantic partners Keith Bynum and Evan Thomas as they rehab rundown houses in the city and sell them, often to first time homebuyers, with help from Detroit real-estate agent Shea Hicks-Whitfield.

The houses are sold furnished for between $70,000 and $100,000, the Detroit Free Press reports.

The show is a favorite among women ages 25-54 and drew more than 20 million viewers in its first season, a media release from the network says. Existing episodes are available on demand on Discovery+.
